THE GAME "WHO'S THE
KILLER": WHAT HARM TO
ADOLESCENTS?
Following the popular
"Death Note", the game "Who's
the Killer" is very popular, with
100,000 "fans" in Guangzhou
alone. With 6 or more people
posing separately as Judge (an
identifiable role), Policeman, the
Killer and Civilians.The Killer has
to be evasive, deceitful and to
plant contraband goods to frame
others.You either kill or get killed!
Although meant to be a form of
relaxation, there are these unde-
sirable features: (1) Deceit: eva-
sive behavior, false pretences are
the norm; (2) Mistrust: as the
Killer masquerades, there can be
no personal trust at all; (3) As ev-
eryone for himself, teamwork
never exists; (4) "Absolute power"
is constantly practiced with the
"casting vote" to execute the
Killer; (5) "Happy go lucky" psy-
chology is encouraged as the
Killer succeeds by evading the
Law; (6) Gambling is also the
accepted norm in this Game; (7)
The Game is attractive enough
to be "addictive". Although the
Game is a "face to face" game;
an excellent mental exercise and
good practice to judge on false
pretenses, it may well be too
"addictive".We should constantly
be reminded that true life is based
on sincerity, trust and coopera-
tion rather than deceit and
selfishness.
殺人遊戲，最早起源於國外。傳入中國後，幾乎是一夜
之間就風行于大江南北，為網民所喜愛。尤其日劇上映後，
引起了青少年及廣大白領階層的㠥迷，人們不禁要問，「死
亡筆記」為什麼有如此魅力？
今天，你殺人了嗎？
昏暗的燈光下，十幾個人圍坐在一起，小聲交談著。突然，
一個人站起身來，指著他身邊的人說：“你，就是兇手！”
這不是發生在聚會中的謀殺案，也不是某個虛構的電影情
節，這是時下流行於白領一族中休閒活動——“殺人遊戲”的現
場。
殺人遊戲，最早起源於國外，現在的遊戲規則形成的原因，
已經無法考證。目前關於殺人遊戲的形成，一般有三種說法：
MBA的課程訓練內容、IT工作者舒緩壓力的休閒遊戲和登山者無
聊時的創意。
不管這個遊戲來自何方，形成源於什麼基礎，僅從它傳入中國
後，幾乎是一夜之間就風行于大江南北，為廣大白領階層所喜愛。
殺手？還是英雄？
殺人遊戲的玩法並不複雜，通常需要6人以上參加。按人數的
不同，遊戲中的角色身份有以下幾種：法官、員警、殺手和平
民。身份在每局開始前由大家抽籤決定，除法官外，每個人的身
份都是隱秘的。只有在一個人被“殺死”或者遊戲結束之後，大家
才會知道他的身份。在遊戲中，大家可以講出自己的推理和為自
己辯護，由員警和平民指認出兇手。當某一種身份的玩家全部出
局後，本局遊戲就會結束。
