There is no Absolute Truth in Health Concepts
Our body may harbour a number of minute cancers that are considered as harmless; in fact, unnecessary treatments for
these minute cancers do more harem than good because of the associated side effects of treatment. As some of us may
belong to the “night owl” type, “early to bed; early to rise” may not be appropriate for us. As longevity depends mostly
on the gene makeup, a blind indulgence on excessive physical exercises may not do good – at times, having a nap in the
afternoon helps more. Excessive cleanliness may ironically reduce our natural resistance. An excessively good memory may
be detrimental to innovation; prolonged memories of unpleasant events also predisposes to psychiatric diseases. Forcing
oneself to be optimistic would ironically increase tension. With our body getting used to nitrate-rich food, we may take some
time to get used to healthy, “green” food. With low sugars in the liver early in the morning and with our blood pressure
highest from 3-8 am, excessive exercise then may not be best for our health. The elderly should avoid losing weight –
predisposes to bone fractures, unhealthy skin and even low immunity.
