Honey: the “Hundred-Flower Essence”
Honey has high nutritional values and is a good health food: best used as a combo with these ingredients: (1) With pear for “heat
syndrome” (2) With banana for constipation (3) With celery for hypertension (4) With danshen for coronaries (5) With milk for better
immunity (6) With wolfberries for dry eyes (7) With honeysuckle for sore throat (8) With red dates for profuse menstruation (9) With lily
