free fatty acids increase - all harmful; try drinking water (4) Constant anger invites facial flushing; stimulates hair follicles; pigment
spots appear; try limb movement Yoga postures to regulate physical conditions (5) The thyroid gland over secretes thyroxine;
ultimately contributes to thyrotoxicosis if persistent; try neck movement Yoga postures (6) The secretion of cortisol, a steroid and
also pressor amines would increase, in the long term, our immunity would also suffer; try recalling past charity deeds performed
