Do Domestic Meals Have Toxic Side Effects?
The consumption of shrimps with vitamin C may cause death from bleeding all over the body: arsenic poisoning, as arsenic pentoxide
in shrimps are reduced to the poisonous arsenic trioxide. Even vegetable oil may increase our triglycerides. Note food allergies are
often due to milk, eggs, peanuts, nuts (including walnuts, almond, etc), fish, shell fish, soya beans and wheat, etc. Even excessive milk
may increase the risk of acne eruption: as fat tends to accumulate underneath the skin. Internal organs, e.g., brain, heart, liver, kidneys,

body. Excessive salt leads to tissue swelling. Yeast may contaminate sugar, vinegar and refined carbohydrates. Citrus fruits, deep-fried,
fatty food, vinegar, tomato, chocolates may weaken the cardiac sphincter of the stomach and cause heartburn. Oxalic acid in spinach
combines with calcium to form the insoluble calcium oxalate. Chocolates and tyramin in mature cheese, beer, red wine may lead to
headache. Domestic food can be toxic!
