LOWERYOUR BLOOD
CHOLESTEROL
FOR HEART
PRESERVATION
Recently,
coronaries
(due
to
myo-
cardial infarct or death of the heart
muscles) and
angina
(a milder
form
of
coronaries) are
becoming more and
more common.
This
has to do with the
gradual
but
progressive enhanced qual-
ity of
life,
e.9., cholesterol-rich food are
now consumed
in
much
greater
quantities. Another important factor
is
the
lack of exercises, we walk less and
less as local travel and lifts get more
and more convenient. Cholesterol
in
the
blood is like "sediments"
in
the
blood
stream
-
as time goes
by,
these sedi-
ments may
be
deposited onto the blood
vessel walls and plaque-like deposits
would
certainly
harden and narrow the
blood vessel. As these unhealthy blood
vessels
may one day become clogged
completely, blood supply
to
critical
organs, especially the heart,
is
severely
affecled. The resultant death
ol
heart
,4
mufcles
is the krain contribution
to
t;
coronaries. Avoid
cholesterol-rich
