Autoimmune Disorders & Health
AD (Autoimmune disorders, eg, lupus, scleroderma, etc) are related to “autogens”, eg, heavy metals like mercury (mostly from fish),
lead and nickel) and environmental “toxic interferons”: these break down the communication between the immune system and our
organs and we can’t differentiate own tissue and enemies. Research found: (1) Urine of scleroderma patients have “elemental mercury” (2)
Inorganic mercury promotes mice for autoimmune myocarditis (3) Mercury combining with body tissue metabolites may malfunction
immune cells (4) Minor genetic alterations allow mercury to attack the immune system. Continuous raids by various autogens over-
stimulates mast cells: control is lost but still remediable by T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain-3 containing receptors (TIM-
3). To minimize AD: (a) Avoid infections (b) Avoid being far too hygienic: increases risks of AD (c) Refrain from smoking (d) Avoid
food additives (e) Avoid food preservatives, colorings, bleaches, aroma, emulsifiers and stabilizers, etc. Healthy diets prevent AD: (1)
Probiotics (2) Organic food (3) Carefully selected dietary supplements and vitamins, eg, anti-oxidants, essential fatty acids, curcumins,
glucosamine, probiotics, green tea extracts, etc. Above all, take a balanced diet!
