1/5 (6) Chocolate’s Palmitic acid mildly reduces blood cholesterol levels (7) An American Dental Center found milk chocolates having
anti-bacterial effects and also calcium, phosphate and other minerals are the least prone to dental caries (8) Enhancing the secretion of
“happiness neurotransmitters”, chocolates may be good for our “down times” or when under undue pressure (9) With the polyphenol
content 4 times that of green tea, chocolates may prevent cancer (10) With caffeine, chocolates may be good for menstrual pain. Yet,
children, those with headaches, diabetes, stomach ailments and the obese should take chocolates sparingly: it’s high in Calories!
