TRIMMINGYOUR BODY: START FROM FOUR ASPECTS
A lot has been said on trimming except we should now try to formulate the most effective and appropriate strategy - to start
trimming through our four vital aspects: (1) Fingers can be the first and the most attractive part of your body - if they are not
slender, even if you put on a Cartier ring, it would not look nice at all. Exercise your fingers frequently, including the action of piano
playing; your massage and hand creams must not be forgotten (2) Although your "double chin" can be hidden by always trying to
hold your head high, why not trim you chin and treat them with egg white mixed with milk and honey with added liquid camphor
and mint for local application; protruding your tongue frequently and regularly also helps. (3) Your armpits must not be forgotten
- use a dumbbell and shove it back and forth frequently from your tummy to your chin. (4) Your inner thighs also matter, unless you
can cover your thighs forever; it is better to exercise - separating your thighs apart to the width of your shoulders; with hands on
your head, bow forward until at a right angle with the thighs; do it 10 to 20 times a day and you would notice the difference!
