HOW DID MY
ECG
BECOME NORMAL?

1997,
at
the
age of 40
plus, my ECG (electro-cardio-
gram) was "abnormal".
At
that
time,
I
felt nothing.
lt was the
following
year
that
I
began to
have
chest discomfort,
dizzi-
ness
and a
bloating sensation
of the
head.
As a senior
re-
port-er,
not
only
my food
were
usually too
oily
(for
the
sake
of entertaining
my
clients) but
also
my pressure from work
as well as extra work
(for
added
income)
were
heavy,
let
alone severe conflicts with
my new boss- the "last straw"
before
I
began
to have signifi-
cant chest pain.
My
diagnosis
was
"angina"
for which
I had
to
change
my
job.
My lifestyle
was
also
much more
regu-
lated -oily
food no
more but
plenty
of
vegetables
and
fruits.
I
also drank more wa-
ter
and
took calcium supple-
ments prescribed
by
the
doctor.
I
bicycle
to
work
and
exercise daily.
Examination
more
than
a
year
later-both
ECG
and blood cholesterol
were
normal!
