lation is classified as having "border-
line health";

these are
male and
the
percentage is still on
the
increase.
They have undue tiredness,
poor
appetite,
insomnia,
persistent
headache, restlessness, poor memory,
undue worrying and even
loss of
sexual
drive.
Unfortunately,
as
borderline
health has such an insidious onset and
a long latent period, e.9., as long as 8-
10
years, most people are
not
aware of
this
syndrome
of
borderline disease
state.
The syndrome begins with stress
that was poorly managed made worse
by excessive drinking and
smoking;
even sleep
is
grossly
inadequate.
Unrecognized, the syndrome may even
predispose to hepatitis, cancer, cardio-
vascular diseases etc.,
as
these people
may
have
high
blood
pressure,
high
blood cholesterol, as well
as
being
a
diabetic
-
the immunity is decreased.
Take
an adequate and balanced diet
containing carbohydrates,
protein and
fat
as well as vitamins
and
minerals.
Refrain from
excess
of
calories that
lead
to excessive weight
gain.
Regulate life
appropriately and maintain a psycho-
logical balance. Recognize your
own
daily activity curve and make full
use
of
the
"high-output" periods of
the
day.
Above all,
learn
to
rest
appropriately
-
even periods of quiet meditation help
-
muscles
are relaxed
and
troubles
and
worries disappear.
From
time to
time,
take
a
holiday overseas
-
when
traveling, daily work and worries are
gone.
