THE
HORROR OF
LOW BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS
Oral anti-diabetic
drugs
have a
much longer half-life
in
the
body
than
insulin injections. As after going to bed,
oral intake
is
bound
to
be reduced,
there
is
a
higher
chance
of having
too
low a
blood
sugar
level
if
too
little
food
is
taken
after
the administering the
medication
for diabetes.
The warning
signs
of
low
blood sugar
levels
are sense of hunger,
palpitation, dizziness and sweating
etc.,
but
these will be followed very soon by
coma.
All diabetics must carry a card
stating all
demographic and disease
information including

drug
used so
that

of
coma,
the

to

in

and
