Lot of Harm: Pitfalls of Exercises
Those with arthritis or hypertension, cardiac diseases must avoid very brisk exercises. As oxygen from plant photosynthesis comes
with sunrise; early morning exercise is not prudent. Remember to warm up first; note the 2-week “non-peak” period before full-blown
exercises are appropriate. Indulging excessively in food or drinks after exercises is counterproductive; too brief exercising times burns
only blood sugar instead of body fats. Taking exercises 4-5 hours after a meal are best for slimming. Drink water in moderation during
brisk exercises. Taking too much sweet items or drinks after exercises depletes vitamin B1 and induces tiredness: take dry food items,
veggies, liver and eggs, etc.; alcohol in beer would also be absorbed rapidly, damaging the liver. With cough and cold, avoid exercises.
People with degenerative joints should take it easy. Never take a bath (hot or cold) immediately afterwards. After very brisk exercises,
never stop abruptly. As a football player while playing had dropped dead due to shock from heart disease, we can’t be too careful:
