citrifolia (Noni)
is
a
kind
of
tropical fruit. Recently, American sci-
entists found that this fruit
has
a
lot
of
benefit
to
human. Experiments
on
it
have
revealed
that due
to
its
strong
antioxidation, inhibition of DNA adduct
formation,
and selective inhibition of
Cox-2 enzyme,
it
has medical effects
on colon cacirnoma, breast carcinoma,
rheumatic arthritis, trauma and
bone
fracture etc. ln addition, Noni
has
the
etfects of moistening skin and
hair,
and
preventing
tanning.
ln
this
paper the
current
research results about
this
mi-
raculous
f
ruit-Noni
are introduced.
