Based
on statistics,
the
Blood
Pressure (BP) of 92% patients
with
hypertension could be
reduced to
satisfactory level
during
3-4
years
antihypertensive therapy.
But
the
BP of
some
patients are
too
refractory to
treat.
Several reasons
may
account for
it,
such as incorrection of
measuring
methods, white-coat hypertension,
secondary hypertension,
obesity,
insulin, resistance,
over intake of salt,
interaction ol drugs
et
al.
The BP
may
be reduced to normal level
if
we
treat
it
with
respect
to
the above-mentioned
reasons.
