Contrary to common belief, diabet-
ics can actually
take
some fruits but
with
certain qualifications.
Note
well
that
fruits contain
not
just
sugars but
also
dietary fibres and collagen

these are
hardly absorbed
by
the body
and
would
even promote

bowel
opening.
Examples are oranges,
mandarins,
grape

ruit
and strawberry,
etc.
However, daily consumption should not
exceed 250 gram

past, diabetics are advised to take little
carbohydrates but more fat; nowadays,

relaxed
but
that
on
fats is

stricl.

vegetables

fruits
and vegetables,

fishes if
required.
Above all, take

well-balanced diet so
that you would not lack vitamins
and
minerals.
