Anxiety often arises from objec-
tive
happenings.
lt
is
the result
of
the
activity
initiated
at
the
cortex
of
the
brain
and transmitted throughout most of the
brain. Unfortunately, anxiety causes the
body
to
become
very
tired
and
persistence of such activities
would
eventually lead
to
symptoms
of
physical
imbalance,
e.9., shortness of
breath, fast heart beats, insomnia, lack
of
concentration power,
loss of
memory,
etc. One has to be well-organized and
constantly maintain
a
good psychologi-
cal balance to overcome anxiety.
lt
is
important
to
understand
that
objective
happenings
have
to
go through
the
subjective mind. Hence,
if
we
have the
correct perspective and mentality,
we
are
much more likely
to take
control
over anxiety. Moreover, we should also
engage
in
training ourselves
in
appro-
priate psychological behaviour and the
proper channeling of emotion,
etc.,
to
get ourselves most
ready even
lor
the
worst
happening
in life.
Keep
an
optimistic
view,
have a positive
goal
in
life and establish
a
good inter-personal
relationship.

and downs of life, at least we can have
the
courage
and preparedness to face
them.
