As cardiovascular diseases are now the "No. 1 killer of our health", it pays to take pains to prevent such as much as we can: (1)
Take at most 2 egg yolks a week (2) As chocolate contains flavonoids with strong antioxidants, take at least a piece a day (3)
Married couples should have regular sex: a worthwhile physical exercise - men with sex 3-4 times a week have their risk of dying

regular blood donation may help to lower blood cholesterol (8) Squatting may also help, if done on a regular basis so that the leg
muscles are better developed, circulation becomes more efficient and the load on the heart lowered (9) Take a low-fat diet, eg.,
lean pork and low-fat yogurt, etc. (10) As temper outbursts may trigger off heart attacks, control it; make more friends. Prevention
is better than cure!
