"LOOK-ALIKE" DRUGS: MOST ALARMING
There is an explosive revisit by "look-alike" drugs on the market. These are actually fake drugs that do not have any approved
Pharmaceutical Numbers from the SFDA: the signature for genuine pharmaceutical products in PR China. Despite the high
similarity and the confusing names, the mere lack of the Pharmaceutical Number would immediately differentiate between the
true and fake products. Most of these fake products would just have health food product or even antiseptic product numbers;
as "look-alike" drugs, these fake products would actually do more harm than good as people may well be caught unawares so
that their health suffers. Nevertheless, retailers would still promote fake products as their profit margin is much greater than the
genuine ones. Even though the fake products are supposed to cause no harm, the time wasted on consuming such fake
products would still be detrimental, let alone funds spent on useless products. While the Authorities are urged to take prompt
action, consumers must note well the products' SFDA Pharmaceutical Number, without which the product cannot be genuine
and your health would definitely suffer.
