Never Forget Our Third Excretory System!
Apart from our passing urine and bowel openings, our skin also serves as the third excretory system - there are approximately 2-5
million sweat glands spread all over on our skin surface, dispelling waste products, e.g., heavy metals, out of our bodies. Thus, with air-
conditioning, the absence of sweating may lead to restlessness, irritability and even a sub-health state. The WHO has prescribed at least half
an hour per day of physical exercises, e.g., casual walking, body exercises, swimming, jogging, or gymnastics etc. Physical exercises not

of the vessel walls so that the blood pressure is more optimal. On the other hand, "passive sweating" refers to excessively high environmental
temperatures so that the purpose of sweating is just to reduce excessive heat inside the body but without the usual advantages of physical
exercises. Tourmaline has been used in special infrared sauna room facilities most popular in Holland. The mechanism was said to be based
on the permanent electric charge on the gemstone.
