HOW
TO
BE
A
HEALTHY
WOMAN
WITHOUT
ANY
..NASTY
TOXINS"
During body metabolism,
in-
variably
toxic
substances
are
produced. These are normally and
automatically excreted
efficiently,
unless
the
kidneys
are
not
working.
By
then,
kidney
dialysis
has
to
be
done
most
regularly. The wider
sense
of
the word "toxic"
is
anything
that affects our long-term
health,
e.
9., excessive cholesterol accumu-
lates on our
arterialwalls; free
radi-
cals
that would cause more
rapid
body
tissue
aging, or even cancer
formation
eventually.
However,
"lipidfiltration"
to
remove lipids or
fats ortherapeutic bowelwash outs
are not recommended.
Taking vi-
tamin
C
to combat excessive nitro-
samine (a carcinogen)
is
more
appropriate;
so is the taking
of
more
vegetables
and fruits
to
regu-
late the bowel movements after tak-
ing excessive meat or
fatty
meals.
Drinking
of
sour milk
is
also
beneficial.
Moreover,
take
a
well-
balanced
diet,
have regular physi-
cal
exercises,
drink
enough
water
and ensure adequate rest.
Avoid
smoking, excessive drinking,
too
oily, deep fried, too salty, or
too
sweet or too spicy food and undue
pressure from
work.
Fasting is not
a panacea and may
do
you
more
harm
than good, especially
for
those with "fatty livers".
Consult
your doctor first.
