During body metabolism,
in-
variably
toxic
substances

automatically excreted

unless

Avoid
smoking, excessive drinking,
too
oily, deep fried, too salty, or
too
sweet or too spicy food and undue
pressure from
work.
Fasting is not
a panacea and may
do
you
more
harm
than good, especially
for
those with "fatty livers".
