With
advancing
age,
brain
cells
start
to degenerate,
result-
ing
in
a
slowly progressive decline

intelligence, eventually leading
to

of
memory and
even complete loss
of
self
care.
Fortunately, such degenerations
may be prevented by a positive
attitude and other known
meth-
ods of prevention. Maintain regu-

mental activity; continue

read
widely
and learn new and in-

making, cooking,
touring,
etc.
