THE QUALITY

Men
are physically stronger than women but
more
calories are required for daily activities.
However,
their cholesterol metabolism
may
easily
be deranged
-
they are more
prone
to
hypertension,
coronaries,
strokes and cardiac
infarcts.
The author has thus come
up
with
these
recommendations.
Take
enough chro-
mium to optimize cholesterol metabolism; lots
of
fiber-containing food to accelerate gut motility and
to
lower
body
weight
and
also cholesterol, bile
salts,
fatty acids, blood pressure
and
cancer
risks;
magnesium
rich
food, e.9., bananas, oatmeal, soybean, walnuts,
leafy
vegetables and sea
food
to
regulate the heart activities
and
to
enhance male
fertility;vitamin
rich food, e.9., liver, dairy products, fish, carrots, apricots, etc., to
enhance immunity and vision,
to
prevent
cancer;vitamin

rich food, e.9., chicken,
liver,
bananas,
etc.,
to
increase immunity, prevent skin and bladder cancers and kidney
stones;vitamin
C
rich
food, e.9., fresh fruits
and
vegetables to increase
immunity, prevent
cancers, heart
diseases, strokes,
cataracts,
to
protect teeth
and gums, assist wound
healing;vitamin
E rich food, e.9., peanuts,
to
lower cholesterol, purify cells
and
prevent cataracts;
zinc
rich food,
e.9.,
lean pork, sea food, soybean, etc. for potency. Men
are
prone to
adverse effects
of
failure as expectations and pressure
on
them are much
higher
than females
-
refusal
from
them
is
thus demoralizing. Humiliation is
common
but never let it become prolonged.
