Chronic pelvic infection

toms

Diagnosis is by pelvic ex-
amination and ultrasound. Those

and heat

the liver require soothing of

of
Bupleuri. Those
with cold dampness and evil poison
re-
quire
Aconiti
Lateralis Preparata
and
Patriniae herbs and/or Coptidis
and
Evodiae. Those with predominantly
weakness of the spleen and the qi sig-
nify
weakness
of
the physique and lack
ol nourishment.

presenting predominantly

blood
stasis
require
the
Decoction
of
Four
Drugs
with
Persicae and Carthami to
ensure patency of the blood vessels.
