PERSONAL ATTENTION AND
EDUCATION
FORTHEYOUNG
AFFECTSTHE ADULT
There
are
14 billion brain cells
at
birth and these
will
never be replaced.
The different degrees
ol
personal
development hinges on the develop-
ment of nerve connections between
all
these brain
cells.
Lack of development
results in behavioural
disturbances.
When
human
babies are being
raised
away
from
civilization,
the
psychologi-
cal
behaviour would
be
entirely
different
and
would also
be very
difficult to
change afterwards. This point
has been well proven by observation
of
these very young kids reared
by
wild
animals.
The younger the kind,
the
greater
would be
such
adverse
influence.
Children
growing up
in
homes
that
are
lull ol
wickedness,
hatred
or
hostility would most
likely
become
adults
with
very
similar
behaviour.
During
the
age
of
0
to
3
years, the development
of
the brain
is
fastest and mostly passive; develop-
ment slows down to static levels at
the
age
of
20.
ln
orphanages, the
lack
of
personal attention,
care
and
loye
makes
the development milestones of infants,
e.9.,
sitting, walking etc.,
much
delayed.
Personal care, love and education of
our very young are extremely important
for
a
good adulthood.
