Coronary
heart
disease
is
caused

the stricture
of
arterial
lu-
men resulting

atheroscleorsis.
These
pathologic
changes
may lead
to

insufficient
blood supply
of
myocardium.
The
patients
usually
are
treated
by

drugs which
can
promote blood
circulation
to
remove
blood
stasis,
dilate coronary
artery
and im-
prove
microcirculation.
The
therapeutic effects
of
the
drugs
are
improved.
Sometimes,
these drugs
have
little
or
no
effects
in
a
part
of
the
patients, therefore the experts continuously
attempt
to
release those arterial
strictures
or
obstructions
to
increase
blood
supply
of
myocardium by
surgery.
