THE RANKING OF 6 KINDS OF FOOD
According to the WHO’s recent diet ranking, for fruits, papaya with papain is the king, strawberry, orange, mandarin orange, kiwi
fruit, mango, apricot, persimmon, tomato and water melon are rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene and anti-oxidants. Sweet potato
has vitamins and anti-cancer properties, asparagus has aspartoyl: good for tiredness; also rich in minerals; others are cauliflower,
potherb mustard, shepherd’s purse, carrot, cabbage, celery, eggplant, beetroot, needle mushroom, and Beijing cabbage, the last
6 are rich in vitamin C and anti-oxidants, counteract cancer causing agents, e.g., nitrosamines, polycyclic hydrocarbons, etc. For
meat, goose and duck meat are good sources of protein; the fat is chemically close to that of olive oil; chicken meat is the best
protein source. For the brain, spinach, leek, spring onion, cabbage, chili, pea, tomato, carrots, flowering cabbage, garlic stem,
celery, walnut, peanut, pistachio, pine nut, almond, soybean and unpolished rice – the last 7 items reverses atherosclerosis of
vessels to the brain. Chicken broth is good for our spirits. Corn, rice bran, and sesame oil contain unsaturated fatty acids against
cholesterol deposits.
