"Sub-health"
means
there
are
no
detectable
clinical
disease, yet, our physique, our
adoptive ability,
our
mental ca-
pacity are down. Also present
are shortness of breath,
panic
attacks,
poor
appetite, low-back
ache,
weakness
and
easy
fatigability,
lack of sexual
urge,
urinary
frequency,
urgency, etc.
"Sub-health"
is
due to
poor
psy-
chological
and
mental
adjustments. Other
than
rear-
ranging work or living
involve-
ments
and
schedules
more
appropriately, emotional relief
and
appropriate
physical exer-
cises
plus
dietary adjustments
help a
lot.
An overworked brain
leads
to
excessive tiredness
-
take
more
peanuts
and other
nuts
with abundant
protein, vi-
tamins

&
E,
calcium,
iron and
vegetable fat.
Nuts rich in leci-
thin and choline are good for
the
brain.
Animal
livers are good
for
the
eyes (cholesterol
level
permitting).
To
combat
modern
stress, take
more vegetables
and fruits: citrus and especially
kiwifruits
are
rich
in
vitamin
C.
Calcium is
good
for
nervous-
ness
and
insomnia:
take
more
milk,
cheese and yogurts,
etc.
Proteins
are vital
for
good
health. Of note, find out one's
own
peak working
capability
in
the day and
reschedule work
accordingly.
