Aging
is one
of the
important
for
osteoporosis.
The
pathogenesis of os-
teoporosis
has
genetic, hormonal,
envi-
ronmental influences, and
their
mutual
effects.
Aged-related bone
loss
is
thus not
only
a
consequence
of
hormone
deprivation,
but also
the
result of growth
factors deprivation, malnutrition, lack of
exercise.
With
the
aging ol
the population,
there are more and more
bone
fracture
cases caused
by
osteoporosis, whose
ba-
sic
principle and
relationship with
sports
have been widely studied. Osteoporosis
is
a disease of bone metabolism due to
the factors that
causes apoptosis of
osteoporosis. The mechanism
of
the
sport
therapy
include regulating sex hormone,
raising blood quantity
of
flow
in
bone, and
so on. Exercise
is
the positive factor to
the
bone mass and plays great influence
to osteoporosis. The efiect of exercise to
bone metabolism
is
mainly to
enhance the
bone mass
by
the skeleton of increasing
the stress.
Physical therapy
of
muscle
training for patient's lumbar muscles may
be effective and safe to produce enough
lumbar
muscle
stress, increase
bone
den-
sity
and
reduce
bone
loss, and
thus
can
prevent and treat osteoporosis of lumbar
spinal vertebrae.
The
prescription
of
physical to
prophylaxis
and
treatment of
osteoporosis must choose different
events according
to
the
age of patients,
and choose different training and suitable
time
of
sports according
to
the pulse. De-
pression occurring
rate of
the
old
persons
who took part
in
routine exercise
fre-
quently was
lower than
the
rate of
those
who took part in routine scarcely or not. lt
has been considered as
a
very important
method that prophylaxis and treatment
of
osteoporosis
in physical training.
