Pine Nuts: “The Goddess of Nuts”
As the seeds of pines, pine nuts have been hailed as “the longevity nut”, being in favour since ancient times – because of the anti-oxidant,
rejuvenating and longevity properties: a natural, organic food. Pine nuts have 17.6% protein, 9.8% carbohydrates and >70% fat; its pinolenic acid
reduces low-density lipoprotein (LDL): the “bad” cholesterol. With a strong anti-oxidant property, pine nuts prevent cardio-vascular diseases in the
