Cerebral
apoplexy
is
a
kind
of
brain function
disturbance
caused
by
sudden
pathologic
change
in
the
blood
vessels
of
brain
(spasm, stenosis,
occlusion, rupture).

normally will
lead
to
death
or
causing complications
of
hemiparalysis,
aphasia,
insanity and
etc.
The kinesitherapy (physical exercises)
of
cerebral apoplexy
aimed
at
facilitating
the
rehabilitation
of
hemiparalysis.
After
the
treatment, most
of
the
patients may be able to live independently
or
pa.nially
independent. Only
5%
of
the
patients need
to rely
on
nurstng.
Kinesitherapy can
raise the stimulation
of
the central
nervous
system
to avoid general
involution
of
physiologicalfunction
due to
prolonged
bed rest,
to maintain
a healthy
physique
and
to
prevent
the
morbidity
of complications.
Through passive or active
physical
exercises, the
atrophy
of
paralytic extremity
can be
prevented.
The
basic methods
of
kinesitherapy includes
massage, and passive
or
active exercises.
