The
genome

The
principle

genetic
therapy is to induce those
exogenous
gene
into the
tumour cells
in
order
to
control
their
growth
or eien
eliminate them
through
various
means.
This
mir-

method
of
treatment has been approved
by
the
DNA
Reconstruction Committee
of
the National lnstitue of
Health
of
U.S.
for
treating malignant
tumour.
ln
only
a
few
years' time,
genetic
therapy
has
obtained
certain
successes. These
experiences
helped
to
stiengthen
the
scientists'
confidences
in
further exploring
this
area,
perfecting genetic therapy.
